Huge YMMV on this one. I went to the Monrovia, CA store which brickseek said had 6 of them. After a 30 minute hunt one of the associates pointed me to one of the the clearance shelves which had one left. Unfortunately it rang up at $186 and they wouldn't reduce it.

Wow. Great deal. I've had this in my house for 2.5 years and it has worked great. The apps release notes say they are supposedly going to update the UI on these now older models to match the new ones which would be pretty cool. They already updated the watch app.

Shows on clearance at two home depot's by me, already have this one. I'd buy one for my mom but her furnace isn't compatible.

Brickseek shows Arlington / DFW area as in stock, Home depot shows no stock for 100 miles but also a price of $250. I guess I'll go to the store and see. I'll post here if it's different.
