If this is true. It's pretty disappointing. I thought it's all liquidated stuffs. There were a couple of people with battery issues including me. I guess I won't try my luck again.

Yes, that is why I sent mine back that I bought for $150 about a year ago with the 2 year warranty. Honestly the buds were great for a while, but then the right bud overheated and then would only last about 30 minutes at a time.
Pros are great for calls; just pop em in and go. These are better for music / travel / etc., just sometimes they need a little help with pairing.
If I was getting a pair today, I'd probably get Pros if I was 100% iPhone and XM4s if I was Android.
I used it before on a set of Sony Headphones and they sent me a check.
I also have weird ears and the best earbuds I've found are Jaybird Freedom F5 or 2's - but with the regular ear tips without wings. They are so small and fit deep. It's older and takes micro usb but still very decent. About $15 on eBay
