The only option is to open a new plan on T-mobile, and cancle the Sprint plan.
Eventually, T-mobile will convert Sprint-billed customers to T-mobile, but the customer has no control over that conversion and it is like years away? But perhaps one day this will happen in the future to where Sprint-billed customers won't exist.
It's a powerful 5g hotspot with I think (3) antennas inside, for LTE, 5G. It grabs the service from the nearest street pole, most common ones are on the road.
If you live in a city / urban areas you can be getting speeds around 200-300mbs during a day, until evening when everyone gets home from work, and start using internet. Then bandwidth gets distributed among everyone, and speed will slow down.
If you're suburbs or even country, you can be getting speeds from 10mbs-50mbs. Which is still okay for streaming movies and browsing internet. Definitely worth it imo.
I tested it out at my rental property last week and had almost full bars and was getting 700 Mb/s Down and 80 Mb/s Up.

If you are an existing customer than you only have to activate the internet line (not another cell phone line). If you are not an existing customer than you have to activate a new line.
Read it again. It says OR.
