Tried to order online, it still says $50 after $5 autopay. Why it is not showing $25?

Per T-mobile Customer service it will not show the $25 dollar nor the promo if you order online but as long as you order during the promotion period it will automatically get added to your account. User dishguy confirmed that indeed it worked, I included his post below for reference . Alternatively you can call, chat, go to a store, or reach out to T-Force on Twitter or Facebook to get them to place the order for you.

If you already have Tmo internet than this offer doesn't apply to you unless you activate a new internet line. Like the wording states.
But it seems you can not cancel the original internet line without losing the discount on the new line. I can't confirm this part though.

It's a powerful 5g hotspot with I think (3) antennas inside, for LTE, 5G. It grabs the service from the nearest street pole, most common ones are on the road.
If you live in a city / urban areas you can be getting speeds around 200-300mbs during a day, until evening when everyone gets home from work, and start using internet. Then bandwidth gets distributed among everyone, and speed will slow down.
If you're suburbs or even country, you can be getting speeds from 10mbs-50mbs. Which is still okay for streaming movies and browsing internet. Definitely worth it imo.
So if each area, the number of users get doubled because of 50% off in price, then the bandwidth per device will be divided by 2. So 200-300mbps will become 100-150mbps during the day, etc OR suburbs from 10mbps-50mbps to <25mbps, etc.
As many posts before mentioned, the speed and ping varies by location. Location will play a huge role in stability and consistency of connection. Kind of like a "location lottery".
And when you add tons of new users because of this deal, the chance of winning this "location speed/ping lottery" is getting slimmer. And this deal likely has big impact to existing home internet users also.
Remember Tmobile doesn't guarantee the minimum speed you get.
As for existing t-mo postpaid cellphone plan customer, trying out the speed with your postpaid plan is not accurate. Postpaid cellphone plan has higher data priority than Tmobile Home internet user. So the speed you get with postpaid plan won't be the same as home internet plan.
