Just did a speed test and got 103 down and less than 2 up. Why would the UL speed be so dramatically worse. It's the middle of the night here so very little traffic.

2am here. Getting 320 down 40 up. 4/5 bars. Anybody get full 5 bars? At 3 bars my speeds were fluctuating and constant drops

Didn't realize you need to already have or add a t-mobile voice line to get the $25 discount.
But even at $50 it's still cheaper than my current Spectrum, plus they have the 2 week trial and the $100 giftcard if you stick with it. Seems at least worth the 2 week trial.

We switched back after cox gave us a great deal
We kept saying no to Cox, but they Gave us too great of a deal to pass up. I experienced 150mbps to 1.6mbps download speeds with this t-mobile internet. It throttled down on a Sunday night, so I still don't recommend it, but it's probably the best price for someone who needs the most basic internet access. Of course YMMV. You can try asking your old provider if they can sweeten the deal for you to switch back. It worked for us--500+ mbps and unlimited data for $55.

Great price but most of the reviews state it isnt consistant speeds and has frequent drops.

I wonder if this is portable as long as you have an oulet for power?
It is portable. Obviously it's for customers who are not fortunate to have cable. I have this device and max speeds both streaming and download are about 600 mbps. On slow days I get about 80 download. I would say average is 200 to 300 download. All this is based on location as well. Can't beat it for 25 bucks a month.
Ping is based on location but for me is like 18ms

Similar performance at my location. 5 am 450-550Mbps band B66. 7 am to 4 pm 250-450Mbps. 5 pm to 10 pm 150-250Mbps. Static ping 15-25ms all day. Constant 4 bar signal. I turn off the unit at night. 100Mbps download should not present a bottleneck unless you're running multiple true 4K video streams at the same time. 2.4GHz provides much better penetration and stability over 5GHz.

This no longer seems to work with windows 11 and the new firmware on the gateway
Could be a W11 issue. No issue with W10. Arcadyan auto update to the latest firmware.

That error has to do something with their tracker. Try using a different browser. I got the error on Brave but went through fine on Safari.

Ordered the $25 TMHI and have received it and pricing looks right in account.

Applied for the $100 gift card before it arrived. When you apply do you get any sort of confirmation (via email or otherwise). I am wondering if I should apply again, but am unsure how long it takes for the gift card to be delivered.

Even worse here. I'm in New York, NY. Download during the day is about 10 Mbps, upload around 2 Mbps. At night, 150 Mbps down and 5 Mbps up. Tried different spots. The gateway is right by the window (best speeds), which of course is not pleasant.

Second time I'm trying the service (tried a few months ago).
Opened ticket and was told this speed is working as expected (!).

Have multiple Business $10 data line, added a voice line $20 and got this promotion as

Small Business Internet - Tax Inclusive

I can also see that 2022 Hint p22 applied under "My Promotions"

Seems that tax included already. Great backup and traveling plan. The $10 data plan is not unlimited , is it ?

I have 4 bars. 600Mbps at 5 am. The biggest factor in determining speed is the load at the tower, assuming the box gets at least 4 bars.

A 100Mbps speed can handle two simultaneous 4K video streams and a bunch of miscellaneous devices. Gaming only requires 5Mbps down and 0.5Mbps up. A lot of people paid for excess bandwidth that they never use.
