I was a huge proponent of this service at one time. The coverage is excellent and the price is low. However, their customer service is so poor that I absolutely would not recommend it to anyone. I spent at least 8 hours on the phone with them when I tried to simply move a line to another account. Instead of transferring, they disconnected the line and I lost access to it. You have been warned.

Xfinity customer support is bad, I have not received the multi product discount. Not yet received the $100 gift card. Have been following up for last two months multiple calls.

I saw the same issue so I called Xfinity Mobile customer service and had them place my order. They text you a link to review and confirm the order before they can submit. That page showed $200 prepaid card attached to my order. So I guess the only thing I may have lost is the $5 cashback from SlickDeals!

Are people doing multiple lines in 1 order or 1 order per line?
If you can I'd do all at the same time.

Would "Mint Mobile - Prepaid SIM Card Starter Kit" be safer to activate new line and port to Xfinity? Ting with $30 credit seems to OOS or takes longer to ship.

So for those that are doing this for just the profit do you have line(s) active for 4-5 months then once you get your GC you can cancel? Are yous on making like $100 for each line after deducting the 4-5 months of service? What is the $200GC good towards? Is it like a debt card that can be used anywhere?

Yes, once you get the GC you can cancel all the lines. It is a prepaid visa card. You can use it anywhere. The prepaid visa card expires probably 6 months.

I heard that you could not port out your number from Mint Mobile Starter Kit line, or it's not easy. Try GV or Tello.

Sytem blocks it or do you just get denied on the rebate? Is there a cool off period?
The rebate never shows up in your account

Be careful when you cancel/ port out the line. They keep the line deactivated and charges tax on those lines. I had to chat to get the lines removed. That said, I am ready to port on 3 lines parked in freedom pop.

Lol here we go again!! Dunno why people hate on Xfinity so much.. if anything they've been paying me above and beyond to be their customer...

Anyways, what's the cheapest way to get hold of a number.. boost seems to be $5 now.. Google voice is $3.. any other option?
Try mint, Amazon is giving for a dollar with 7 days Trail.
Porting out is kind of hard, as we need to talk to rep for the account number and pin, but just tell them that you ain't getting the network at home and they will give you the details in a minute.

Which is the cheapest and quickest way to port out a line?

Can someone explain how a port out works to a carriet that uses eSIM? When carriers talk about using eSiM instead of regular SIM when porting in does it even matter what phone IMEI we use or does the phone be compatible to work with eSIM? Can we just do the port in with eSIM and not really need the actual phone since we just want to cancel the line and not really use it with the new carrier?

Can you explain how eSIM works when porting to a carrier like US mobile? Do we need to load any air time or not?

So exactly how much profit would there be per line after keeping service for so many months? Is it worth to do this and makes sense to do multiple lines?
