look at 3 attachments from when i did this deal a few months back.
in bay area , ca
when i had only 1 line.===>total was 16.44
when i had 5 lines===> total was 21.75
in middle when i added 2 lines on 8/24 and 2 lines on 8/26.
the bill as crazyhigh.
and this was after getting a 60 courtesy credit !!

If you're transferring a number from a landline, this usually takes 3-10 days.
I think google voice consider a landline, it take more than 3 days when I did it last time
