I was a huge proponent of this service at one time. The coverage is excellent and the price is low. However, their customer service is so poor that I absolutely would not recommend it to anyone. I spent at least 8 hours on the phone with them when I tried to simply move a line to another account. Instead of transferring, they disconnected the line and I lost access to it. You have been warned.

Xfinity customer support is bad, I have not received the multi product discount. Not yet received the $100 gift card. Have been following up for last two months multiple calls.

I saw the same issue so I called Xfinity Mobile customer service and had them place my order. They text you a link to review and confirm the order before they can submit. That page showed $200 prepaid card attached to my order. So I guess the only thing I may have lost is the $5 cashback from SlickDeals!

All lines are represented by only 1 entry of the promo period (Q42022) on the tracker. Once qualified after 3 months, the tracker will update with the exact amount e.g. $200 (if 1 line), $400 (2 lines) and so on
Thanks. Another question, if I switch a BYOD device to a new BYOD device (compatible and never used on Xfinity) would it void the rebate? I see an option on xfinity website to switch phone and it shows the new device is compatible and I can just insert sim in new phone.. But worried it will give xfinity an option to decline rebate...

Prepaid Card Q422 Xfinity Mobile Competitor Switch $200 Offer: T-Mobile Pending Fulfillment Eligibility 12/23/22

anybody who has this on their xfinity incentive tracker? wonder what this is.
Out of curiosity, does it tell you on the "View details" part of the offer the exact days the offer was or is valid? I still have two sim cards from an order on the 21st, that I haven't received and I'm wondering if I would qualify for such offer if I also submit the port-ins from a tmobile mvno

I wanted to do the exact same thing so I called Xfinity Mobile and they told me it is ok to move the SIM to another BYOD device that wasn't used when ordering the new line. They also said it wouldn't affect the Rewards Card qualifications.

After I moved the SIM to the other phone I opened the Xfinity Mobile app and checked the Devices section. While it still shows the original phone, when you click on it to view details, there is a new message that says "SIM is now paired with a different device", and you can click on a link to "View paired device". When you click on that, it will show the other phone you put the SIM into.

You know Xfinity rep can said and promised anything they want, once the phone hang up, they don't have record for it, they won't put anything on your profile.

I had Xfinity rep and rebate center rep on a conference call and even Xfinity rep said I qualify for Visa card and rebate center rep refused and rejected it.

IIRC, the offer was valid until Dec 21st. so any orders until the 21st should be ok. then you have 30 days to port in a number.

just my experience, i have done that several times before, and i still got the gc. but who knows what's in XM's mind at this point. i would say if you can leave it on the original phone, the better.

Wait, so both the $200 BYOD promotion (from any carrier) and the t-mobile promo you quoted seeing in the incentive tracker as "Q422 Xfinity Mobile Competitor Switch $200 Offer: T-Mobile Pending Fulfillment Eligibility 12/23/22" had the same expiration date of 12/21?

I know it seems all confusing but apparently both promotions can stack

No, I'm just talking about the $200 byod promo. The TMO port in was from Xfinity rewards which I don't think I even activated so I also wasn't even expecting it. I don't know when that promo rewards ended.

Ohh I had no idea it was a rewards offer, I heard some people here saying they saw the offer being advertised at Xfinity stores so I assumed it was available to new customers as well

Last question and I'll finally stop bothering, the expiration for the t-mobile offer doesn't appear on your xfnity inentive tracker after pressing the view details button?
Like for this last byod promo I'm seeing "If you bring your own device and port your number between December 07, 2022 and December 21, 2022, you may be eligible to receive a $200 prepaid card for each device you bring and activate."

here....wow, i lucked out. i did not even know about this deal. i hope this stacks with the $200 byod promo. so this is not even a rewards promo then?

"If you activate a new Xfinity Mobile line and transfer your phone number from T-Mobile between November 8, 2022 and January 10, 2023, you may be eligible to receive a $200 prepaid card for each ported line. To qualify for your card, you must maintain the new line, port your number from T-Mobile within 30 days of line activation, and keep your account in good standing for 90 days. The Prepaid Card will be sent within 16-18 weeks of line activation."

Seems like you definitely did yes, did you port in any lines directly from t-mobile or were they T mobile's MVNO? XM reps messed up one of my lines so I might redo the process now if it's $200 for something like tello or ting and the usual $100 byod that's running now

My numbers port from TMO as well, But I only able to find out Q422 BYOD $200 Offer, can't find any "Q422 Xfinity Mobile Competitor Switch $200 Offer", but however look like code same as Q422.

I messed up the port number when I placed the order. Anyone know if I can update the port-in number when I activate? Thanks
