I was a huge proponent of this service at one time. The coverage is excellent and the price is low. However, their customer service is so poor that I absolutely would not recommend it to anyone. I spent at least 8 hours on the phone with them when I tried to simply move a line to another account. Instead of transferring, they disconnected the line and I lost access to it. You have been warned.

Xfinity customer support is bad, I have not received the multi product discount. Not yet received the $100 gift card. Have been following up for last two months multiple calls.

I saw the same issue so I called Xfinity Mobile customer service and had them place my order. They text you a link to review and confirm the order before they can submit. That page showed $200 prepaid card attached to my order. So I guess the only thing I may have lost is the $5 cashback from SlickDeals!

You actually pay for groceries, gas, and phone bill etc. and consider yourself a slickdealer? You need to level up my man. Free food at work - very little spend on groceries. All cars are EVs so charge at work for free - haven't used gas in years. Phone bill is already -$5k because early paid off phones + free lines. Homeowners insurance is through escrow. Costco GC's are good idea, but I already have $4k in Costco GC's because of recent renovation project. I guess I'm in a weird place in life. The car insurance one would've been an valid, but that is already paid.

In case anyone else is looking for ideas. I'm going to try pay federal taxes via debit transaction ($2.20 per transaction) to see if that works. The back of the card does say "This card can be used anywhere Visa debit cards are accepted" and it does set up a pin when activating. So hopefully that work for the $3k in Xfinity Mobile GC I have currently and the $3k or so I'll be getting in the next couple of months.
I envy you. You a god!

I'm still not seeing my Google Voice port in from this offer. Just called and the rep is now saying that Google Voice and pre-paid carriers are not eligible??? The rep I spoke to a couple weeks ago said she saw it in the system and now this a**hole is saying he doesn't see anything. Of course he sees my Redpocket (a prepaid carrier) port in from the current offer.

update: Called back and got another rep. She said she sees the port in during the promo, but it is not showing as valid for the promo, but created an escalation tkt to review it, which will take 14 business days. I guess we'll see what happens

Update 2: got an email today saying my escalation tkt was resolved and my tears is now Qualified (!) and to expect my $200 gift card in 2-4weeks.

https://www.imei.info/apple_imei_generator/ Sometimes they work, many times it doesn't. Push comes to shove, just visit a Apple Store/BestBuy/Wireless Carrier retail store and just grab a few IMEI's of the display models (I've done this before).

They'll track it for BYOD promos -- if you don't want delays/problems/fight for manual approval then use new number & IMEI for automatic rebate processing

2019: used 2 Samsungs -- got 2 BYOD rebates
2020: new iPhone + reused 2 Samsungs for 3 BYOD -- only 1 rebate got approved for iPhone

Winter 2021: 6 lines (reused one iPhone from above) -- only 5 rebates got approved (entire rebate got stuck until I contacted them then they processed it for 5 lines)

Fall 2022: 5 lines (didn't reuse) -- all 5 approved just waiting for them to send the rebate card

All were different phone numbers
I've never received any rebates from Xfinity but have had my lines active briefly on Xfinity. Currently with Verizon and contemplating moving to Xfinity. The fact that i my lines were active on Xfinity would disqualify me from receiving the rebates?

I believe if the device has received a rebate in the past then you don't get another rebate -- basically one rebate per device would be my guess

Not sure exactly what their hidden rules are -- new IMEI w/ new number is the safest option if you want auto approval

Not sure if they track them by individual accounts or if its system wide -- if you buy a used phone then don't know if you'll get the rebate if someone else's account has gotten a rebate on that device

Bro, where are you finding the IEMI number for such a churn? Ideas appreciated. Thanks.

I currently have 2 unlimited lines (actually use) and 8 by the gig lines (for the gift card). Because of the mobile lines, I am also getting $20 off from the internet plan.

Does anyone know what exactly trigger this $20 off? I vaguely recalled it is due to adding an unlimited phone line, not sure I just need 1 unlimited line, or need 2 unlimited lines to keep this $20 off promotion?

I searched online and found this "Activate an Xfinity Mobile line within 90 days of ordering an Xfinity Fast or Gigabit plan and get a $30/month discount".

The reason I am asking is that I am wondering if I can port out the two unlimited lines to other carrier so I can port in two new lines for the giftcard. But hope I don't lose the $20 off on the internet plan.

Thanks.

Has anyone had any luck for cashing out these cards? I know ATM access doesn't work, but are there any other recent methods that work? I'd buy stuff, but keeping track of returns then reusing seems more effort that its worth.
I always go and get money order checks from Walmart for the xfinity card amount - $1 ($1 is the money order fee) and deposit the money order in my bank account.
