I got this on a previous slick deal Nov 20, 2021. Mounted it on a shed and it's never been a problem . Idk what else to expect for $15. I paid $19.97 Nice one op!

one has dusk to dawn vs lg beam angle, perhaps a longer cord for positioning the solar panel (I don't think the other specifies).

Q01FM2601-06
On/Off switch & timer w3 different time settings.
180° detection range
Beam spread: 50 ft.
Beam angle: 270 degrees'
Image shows 9.84' to panel

Q01SA2602-06
Dusk to dawn feature
103-degree beam angle
Detects motion up to 20 ft.
Desc conflicts w
can detect distances up to 40 ft.
Update-measured Q01SA2602-06, it's also just over 9'. Instructions don't seem to mention dusk to dawn, just motion sensor and power switch.

Why would anyone pay $15 for this junk? The generic solar led motion detectors 3 and 5 packs can be had for cheaper at times and their charge lasts much longer than 30mins

Had two of these bought 2 years ago. We love them and they last the full night. We rarely get false positives, BUT they are both under eves and one is in a mostly covered patio setting. The false positives we get are usually loud cars that drive by cause it to turn on. We were having issues where it would turn off and on and off and on constantly. Thought it was broken. Turns out the screw wasn't tight enough so it moved back and the light sensor was detecting light reflected off the wall and turning off too soon. As soon as we lifted it back up, it has been fabulous. It lets us know when people are at the door as we have it faced at the window instead of from the house. It also lights up the door and all that jazz. Been quite happy with them! Again, ours aren't very exposed to the elements so it could be part of it. But they do stay charged.

I got this last year and it stopped working. I tried contacting the company a few months ago but still have not heard back.
Not surprising. The brand is owned by a Chinese corp now so it's just typical junk.

The wire is very fragile and the sensor is a little too senstitive sometimes. Other than that it works

Search solar motion, several of the knock off brands from Amazon (they are Black) actually work amazing. I picked up a two pack for $6.xx. Have one at my door step that picks up motion at the end of my driveway and another hanging on a tree in my backyard, which triggers a wireless camera. I live in a dear route so I like to be alerted when they are coming.

I managed to use one while putting Christmas lights up at night (actually the best time to put up lights) it lasted the whole two hours and provider plenty of necessary light.

They are more mobile and very easy to install anywhere.

edit:

these are the ones I got

HMCITY Solar Lights Outdoor 120 LED with Lights Reflector and 3 Lighting Modes, Motion Sensor Security Lights,IP65 Waterproof Solar Powered for Garden Patio Yard (2Pack) https://a.co/d/gWkZeG0

right now they are a bit expensive even with a 40% coupon but keep an alert for "solar motion"

you don't need the one posted in this thread unless you plan on illuminating an acre and only rely on it for motion. 2000 lumens is a lot.

Wrong! I have had this exact light for at least three years, and couldn't be happier. Super bright, always holds a charge. Best security light I have had. This is a no-brainer! At this price, will buy a set to stick on the back of my house.

No it's motion sensor. There is options for 30sec-a min. I've had mine for a year and it last a few seconds then turns back off. At least it's plenty bright when it does turn on...

It's motion triggered and stays on 30 seconds, 1 minute, or 2 minutes depending on setting.

This is not even worth the time you spend looking at. Bought two years ago. Took me two hours to drill and install outside. The item works only 1-2 seconds in either setting. When contacted Walmart or the manufacturer, no guidance or replacement option. Don't buy it.
