Good luck getting an installation done. All the stores near me are booked until mid January.
$190 for TT members.
I like it but my wife works in a large hospital and her car is parked in a parking garage. So most of the time the car doesnt start from the other building she is working at. So since this is unlimited range, i am thinking this might be better. I understand the subscription pricing but if we use it for 4/12 months it is cold here, i guess its worth it.

You should call Best Buy and talk to the Autotech.

When you start the car without the remote starter does it do the same thing?

Someone once said you shouldn't leave them on HIGH. Maybe turn it down one and see if that helps.
Yes, both the compustat remote and pushing the Subaru remotes lock button 3 times does the same thing.

No. I'm talking about without the compustar remotes. I would call Best Buy and explain it to the Autotech.

It doesn't sound right to me.

I bought the IDataStart HC 3.5 last week and have an install setup for my wife's car on the 15th. We don't plan on using the subscription on this particular model, but wondering if the Compustar CSX in this deal is alot across-the-board it? If so, I'll purchase this one and return the other one. It's about $60 more after installation if I go this route.
If you're not going to use the drone then the IDATASTART is the better deal

You get 2 Two-way remotes and 6000 ft range instead of 3000ft.

Thank you for that, I'll hold onto the one I have then and have it installed on the 15th.

Is TT good for anything else? You save $110 with TT, and I know the TT discount is common on these, but are there any other items that TT regularly saves you money on to make up the rest of the cost of the membership?

Not if this is the only thing you use it for.

I hate this thing so far. It opens the truck 50% of the attempts. The unlock and trunk function take way longer than the oem fob. Its supposed to be a long range fob but there are times that it wont work 10 feet away. It comes bundled with ATT LTE module but there is no way of knowing that until it doesn't work where you live. That being said they did send me the Verizon module for free but I cant install it and BB is 90 miles away.

With all that being said I think the Drone Mobile side of this thing is good. The compustar sucks.

Probably not. The warranty only extends to 2 years if you keep paying for 2 years.

If you buy a lot of stuff from BB, then they actually have a some good TT deals for you, then yes. But it's hard to know the future.

No real way to know.

I bought a TV from BB and TT membership got me free mounting, so maybe you will find enough to make it worth it.
