Any way to just get Total tech for this order, and then cancel?

No. If you cancel TT you have to repay the savings you received as part of the plan.

Can someone compare this deal to the previous BB deal a week ago for $250? Both are Compustar system and this one has LTE. Someone told me, in order to use LTE, you have to pay a monthly fee. Are there anything else different?

Same unit. When it doesn't include the LTE module it includes a second remote. (One two way and one one way remote.)
There is a 30 day trial included for Drone Mobile. After that a subscription is required. 3 different plans with several different fee options.

I have this unit, it's the same as the non-LTE except it comes with 1 fewer remote but comes with the Drone module which is the brain for LTE.

I bought 5 year's of basic Drone subscription for $180, does basic things like remote start, lock, unlock, etc. higher tier let's you see car GPS location, geofence, speed governor notifications and other monitors but that not that important to me.

LTE is useful if you live in the city and the range on the fob might not reach the car because of buildings. If you have your own parking space and park pretty close at any function then the LTE isn't really required unless you want those extra features.

Does anyone know if I could purchase this kit full price from Best Buy, and the same kit for the sale price on eBay THEN have them install it and "return" the full price one while still keeping the eBay one installed in the vehicle?

I'm essentially trying to replicate this deal without there being a sale right now
