The PS5 version is not compatible with an Xbox.
Xbox version has one input port that only supports Xbox and PC. This port is using something Xbox specific so if you plug it in to PC, it will just be shown as generic sound device. 2nd input is for PC and it supports playstation. It will be show the correct device in the device manager. I think that matters because of their software support
Ps5 version has two ports as well but theyre the same. So both of them support ps and pc. None of ports support Xbox though.

Wicked cushions sells replacement ear pads that are thicker and keep the ANC nub on the drivers off of your ear. The pads also make them sound a bit better and have cooling gel in them. 100% worth the purchase if you like the headset.
Granted I had this within the 1st month of release so I'm sure they've patched the firmware, it was quite buggy at launch. And as far as wicked cushions...i've always used those for my headsets, they are great. Unfortunately they didn't have them available while I had this headset
Except that they do. I have them and installed them a week ago
I know they have them now. They just released them not long ago. This headset has been out for a few months now
I have huge dumbo ears and don't have this issue.
