I have the dual fuel 2000watt and through hurricane Ian, it saved me more than it cost in food spoilage for our fridge and chest freezer. It's so quiet our neighbors claim they couldn't even hear it and our houses are fairly close together on small lots.
I ran propane only, and my 20lb tank got me about 22 hours of run time cycling between the fridge/chest freezer, and charging a few things. Even boiled water a few times with an electric kettle. If I didn't already have a 2000w, I'd jump all over this 2500w at this price.
Remember not to skimp on high quality 12 gauge extension cables for running your power, especially for longer distances. Also, you will decrease maximum power by running on propane, however, that only really becomes an issue for those trying to power some kind of air cooling unit, and or at high altitudes.
**when starting on propane, follow the directions. Pull the starting cord slowly 2-4 times till you feel resistance each time to prime the propane then start. YouTube if needed but it isn't hard, just a little diff then starting on gas. Ours starts in 1-2 'normal' pulls after following directions and 'priming'

I bought this exact model last year and have used it several times
Mine was hard to start when it was new
now it starts first pull on gas
Make sure the air filter stays oiled
and make sure to turn OFF the eco mode and let it run for a minute before shutting it off completely
if I shut mine off while it is running in the low idle eco mode, it becomes hard to start the next time

It could run maybe one heater and a fridge but it will go through a lot of gas.
Peak Wt means nothing
Soft starts for AC units are a major time where people have to buy an ad-on because their generator can't handle the peak starting pull but can easily run the load.
