I can't speak to the quality of these headphones, but I can say that Wyze is so busy constantly coming up with new products that they tend to fall short on maintaining the basic operation of everything else. I've owned Wyze cams for years now, but no matter how many times we have asked, they still can't manage to implement simple dark mode in the app. If you need to see what triggered motion on your camera in the middle of the night, you are greeted by blinding white light as you lay there in the dark.
Meanwhile, they are making smart vacuums, wireless headphones, smart plugs, door locks, internet connected toenail clippers (citation needed), etc. and they can't even fix the outdoor camera suddenly failing to recognize the orientation setting. My outdoor camera view is currently upside down now because they can't fix something that was fine for years until the recent firmware update.
I got these a year ago for $50 and am completely satisfied with them. They are very comfortable and sound really good. I don't use them for calls as the mics pick up EVERYTHING.

How's the ANC compared to Apple? Does it sound like it's just putting white noise into the speaker like other cheap ones?
I bought these for my wife last year, they do sound better than the price would lead you to believe.
Compared to the Google Pixel Buds Pro the noise cancellation is much better, especially for air travel. I went with the buds pro strictly for the size of the case to avoid carrying bulky headphones.
Since I had a $5 off coupon with Wyze (no idea how, but it popped up in the app) I just ordered a pair of these for travel. I'll deal with the extra space they'll take up in my bag for some extra peace and quiet on flights.

Can anyone tell me if they are any good for FPS gaming?
No, I have these and they're great for zooms or listening to music. You can get good FPS headphones for $25-35 wired and $60-$70 wireless. I have the Logitech G430 and the G535 and they are great for gaming while still being a good budget.
I have these for my 5 year old bc he's slightly autistic and also I have a 1 year old crying baby in the same car. They sound great for this price and block out everything. They connect easily after the first time and never lose connection. We don't have to charge them that often. Now as far as other products, Wyze isn't good anymore. They constantly have updates that suck or make things worse. Their cameras are not reliable anymore. You pretty much have to reset any product you have with them if it messes up bc they have the worst support I've ever had from a company.
Having said that, these headphones have lasted over a year with a careless 5 year old using them daily. If these were ever lost, I'd buy the exact same ones again. But I won't buy anymore cameras.
