It's mostly just different box art and art on the card sleeves and separators I believe. So just go with whatever box art you think looks better.

The difference is in the pack selection on the V tins. The Lucario V tin has a XY BreakPoint pack which is worth a lot more than the Sun&Moon Crimson Invasion Pack in the Mew V tin.

Nobody knows. Its possible but its also possible they are worthless in 10 years (not likely). Either way this is a terrible product to hold for 10 years imo. The charizard ultra premium collection is a better thing to speculate on right now if you want to speculate with pokemon. If you actually want to invest and not lose money then buy an index fund or ETF. Even something like an I bond is better than this for a 10 year outlook imo.

Edit: lol, I replied to the wrong comment. Meant to reply to the person who asked about holding these for 10 years as an investment. But

I think they've ran out of XY packs to put into these random tins and Pokeball tins. But they frequently reuse the same tins to pack whatever packs they currently have in abundance. Having said that 8 Chilling Reign, 1 Evolving Skies, 2 Astral Radiance, and 1 Fusion Strike for $30 is $2.50 per pack, that's pretty solid.
