Wow that worked! I will rep. you. In case the SD link above doesn't work, after you login as SmartSeed says, copy and paste this URL in your browser. https://tps.fidelity.com/tps-api/v1/redirect-to/turbo-tax-cd?fidelityContextCode=oltx
Then I logged into Intuit. It showed up as $105, but I did the trick someone else suggested to add a random Intuit product to the cart, then delete it. Then I was able to check out for $5.41 (tax in TX).
i got so many messages about this. let me answer you all here once in for all. you need to go the beta view to see the offer.
I have the premier offer under the beta view, but when I click to the turbotax website it still gives me only $20 off, even though fidelity says premier for free w/ state. Called Fidelity, they know about the issue and said to wait until the new year as they are working on the problem.

In addition to Premium Services account, you need to be assigned to a financial advisor. The Fidelity representative said it is a new requirement for free Turbo Tax Premier.
I have Premium Services account, and a financial advisor. But I don't see any TurboTax offer.
I believe 1 license works for up to 5 installations.
That maybe true. But I think the free State may only work with one activation code. I am not sure one can choose different states for each install. Don't mind paying an extra $5.
Get a new advisor assigned to you, and maybe it will return.
I'm helping some relatives get this set up in the future, and they are Premium Services but don't have an advisor assigned. Previously they were told they qualified for free TT Premier but since the link didn't show up, they had to submit a receipt for reimbursement. They are hoping to get the link in the future by having an advisor assigned.
So they called to get one assigned and set up an appt for next month but online, it's not reflecting the advisor info. Anyone know how long it takes to show the advisor online? Does it reflect after the first appt?

How to get TurboTax Premier for free. At least in my experience.
Long-time Fidelity customer. Have 1M+ in accounts.
I purchase TurboTax Premier at Amazon. Buy it now. Or wait for lower price. Does not matter. I usually buy TurboTax Premier before the end of the year from Amazon.
Wait until the middle of January to do the following.
Log-in to Fidelity account and click "Customer Service" at top left of page.
Click "Contact Us" at right of page. It is the 5th button.
Scroll down to the bottom of the page and click "Send a secure message".
Subject: type "TurboTax Premier"
Send email to "Account Services"
Select your account "Joint Savings" for me.
Message body: I just say that in previous years they credited my account for the purchase of TurboTax Premier. Could you please do so again. They usually credit $100.00 to my account.
Been doing this for years, and they always credit my account.
***No receipt necessary to claim this. They credit our Joint Savings account with $100.00 even.

I would call Fidelity to confirm. They said they are assigning me to an advisor and converting my account to Private Client Group. Will let you know if I see the TT offer when it happens.
TurboTax (and all tax software) is sold on a yearly basis.
Also, what account are you creating? Fidelity? Unless you're planning to deposit significant assets, you're not going to get the offer for depositing a few hundred (or even thousand) dollars.
Got it, thanks! I have been waiting to transfer my HSA over for the past year. I figured I'd do it now. I didn't get the offer, so I guess I'm out of luck.
How many times does it have to be said that everyone gets the $20 offer and that the free offer does not show up on that page? If it's not on your Portfolio page, it's not going to be hiding somewhere else just for you.
Do you still have the same status at Fidelity that you did last year? Still have a rep assigned?
Yes, I have the same status with Fidelity and same account rep. I emailed him today to see if he can assist. But I'm not holding my breath.
At the top of the intuit turbotax site, click "Do it yourself" and then "doing your taxes with a CD/Download" which will show you the $5 Premier option.

FYI I've been expecting this deal to appear at some point but it's usually later in December. If you don't see it yet, just hold tight until the end of the year.
