Wow that worked! I will rep. you. In case the SD link above doesn't work, after you login as SmartSeed says, copy and paste this URL in your browser. https://tps.fidelity.com/tps-api/v1/redirect-to/turbo-tax-cd?fidelityContextCode=oltx
Then I logged into Intuit. It showed up as $105, but I did the trick someone else suggested to add a random Intuit product to the cart, then delete it. Then I was able to check out for $5.41 (tax in TX).
i got so many messages about this. let me answer you all here once in for all. you need to go the beta view to see the offer.
I have the premier offer under the beta view, but when I click to the turbotax website it still gives me only $20 off, even though fidelity says premier for free w/ state. Called Fidelity, they know about the issue and said to wait until the new year as they are working on the problem.

Only see $105 for download now. Hope the $5 download will be back soon.
I suspect that adding that new landing page with a shareable link allowed a lot of people to get the deal who were not entitled to it. I'm sure that few (if any) of the people here who used it and had access to the deal should have qualified for the deal. Glad that they shut it down.
Update -- just logged in and followed the free link on the Fidelity page, and it's definitely been disabled.
Just got the $10 cashback from chase for buying 2 keys, took 4 days. Id imagine if you only buy 1 key you would still get $10 back, making this a money maker. Id imagine the same for the citi offer.
Did you get an email from Chase when you made the purchase? I did not, and my charge is still pending. I only bought one copy.

I did not, but that's because I didn't have notification for offer usage turned on. Other people who did, got the email notification no problem even on a $5 purchase

Where else did you see this discussed? I didn't see other posts here about using it.
Ugh, I procrastinated too long on buying the download, and now neither the download or online are showing up free after clicking through from Fidelity. Hopefully Fidelity/Intuit will get this fixed soon.

As beowulf7 suggested, did you add something else in the cart then delete that something else?
edit: web version got patched too. Gotta give it to turbotax engineers, hard at work on Saturday 12/24
