Wow that worked! I will rep. you. In case the SD link above doesn't work, after you login as SmartSeed says, copy and paste this URL in your browser. https://tps.fidelity.com/tps-api/v1/redirect-to/turbo-tax-cd?fidelityContextCode=oltx
Then I logged into Intuit. It showed up as $105, but I did the trick someone else suggested to add a random Intuit product to the cart, then delete it. Then I was able to check out for $5.41 (tax in TX).
i got so many messages about this. let me answer you all here once in for all. you need to go the beta view to see the offer.
I have the premier offer under the beta view, but when I click to the turbotax website it still gives me only $20 off, even though fidelity says premier for free w/ state. Called Fidelity, they know about the issue and said to wait until the new year as they are working on the problem.

If you had used your Citi card to get this deal without using Citi's link, how long did the $10 show up in the card account?

I have not used my Citi card to make a purchase and will not until I hear from someone else that it worked. My last two Merchant Offers have not been paid.
Purchased on 1/4 and marked as redeemed/earned on 1/8, but I have not received the credit yet.
Yeah, they killed that when they realized that people who were not supposed to have the offer were getting it for free/$5.
Interesting. I had the free link on my Fidelity account but like some others it disappeared a couple days ago so I had to use SmartSeed's alternate link to get it for free. However a relative in a different household, diff address, etc, never had the free link in their Fidelity account and tried SmartSeed's method and got the 404 Not Authorized error. So SmartSeed's way only works for people who are qualify to get the link (even if it disappear), and will give 404 if you're not qualified?
Weird, I had the tile with the free offer a few days ago, but now it's completely disappeared from my account (not even a mention of a $20 discount). Good thing I've already bought the download.

For the chase $10 back offer, did I have to click through a link? The charge is posted but I never got an email nor did it change to redeemed on my offers page.
I got the download version, so they can't renege on the free deal
You could login to your TurboTax account and skip fields until you get to buy/checkout where it'll show $0 and then do taxes later by filling all the fields.
