For select Fidelity customers, Turbotax Premier is free (typically $69).

Go to your Accounts Summary page. If eligible, you will see a box titled "Get TurboTax Premier free" on the right side towards the bottom of the page with a link to TurboTax

Download version of TurboTax Premier is also available for $5.
Follow the Fidelity link to get to TurboTax website. At the top of the screen there is a drop down menu under 'Do it Yourself' >> "Doing your taxes with a CD/Download" and you should be able to see the download option for Premier.

Then I logged into Intuit. It showed up as $105, but I did the trick someone else suggested to add a random Intuit product to the cart, then delete it. Then I was able to check out for $5.41 (tax in TX).

i got so many messages about this. let me answer you all here once in for all. you need to go the beta view to see the offer.

I have the premier offer under the beta view, but when I click to the turbotax website it still gives me only $20 off, even though fidelity says premier for free w/ state. Called Fidelity, they know about the issue and said to wait until the new year as they are working on the problem.

Only showing 20 off for me. The offer was not on my beta view and I searched turbo tax on the site and it took me to the page o my showing a 20 off discount. Not sure how else to get it for free

Tip- The link from Fidelity works if you have one from your beta view. The issue I ran into was processing the actual payment on turbo taxes side. The fix was using 123 Main Street in the bill to but leaving your City State and Zip. I was on a call with their customer service and that work around worked. The agent was surprised as well. Assuming you get to the page with the $5 or what ever option you pick this will bring it home for you
