Wow that worked! I will rep. you. In case the SD link above doesn't work, after you login as SmartSeed says, copy and paste this URL in your browser. https://tps.fidelity.com/tps-api/v1/redirect-to/turbo-tax-cd?fidelityContextCode=oltx
Then I logged into Intuit. It showed up as $105, but I did the trick someone else suggested to add a random Intuit product to the cart, then delete it. Then I was able to check out for $5.41 (tax in TX).
i got so many messages about this. let me answer you all here once in for all. you need to go the beta view to see the offer.
I have the premier offer under the beta view, but when I click to the turbotax website it still gives me only $20 off, even though fidelity says premier for free w/ state. Called Fidelity, they know about the issue and said to wait until the new year as they are working on the problem.

Yes, plenty of us. Should you qualify for the free copy from Fidelity? And everyone gets the $20 discount, the free/$5 copy shows up on your Portfolio age.
I'm a heavy Fidelity user as a day trader and have the free premier TurboTax advertisement on my account. After clicking on it and working through a preliminary return the "estimated fees" section just shows a $20 discount. I'm guessing it's because I haven't been able to import my Fidelity tax statement info yet to TurboTax since it's not available or me until 2/11. I'll see if that changes the discount once I upload that. Thank you

not likely. It is safer to use the download version as the payment is upfront and you know what you are paying for the software as opposed to waiting until you finish the return online
No that's not .
…. Anyone interested in sharing the activation of Turbotax PREMIER 2022..
As per intuit …
You sure can! TurboTax 2022 software can be installed, authenticated, and activated on up to 5 different computers per the TurboTax Desktop Software End User License Agreement for Tax Year 2022.

It has zero to do with importing your Fidelity account info. When you click on the link on your Fidelity Portfolio page, do you see the $0 fee for online filing, or do you see the $20 off pricing? If you see the $0 price (not "free to start" or something like that), then you should be able to go to the File section almost immediately and "pay" for your return at $0. If it's still sharing you there and it showed $0 at the start, then either try it again in Safe mode, or give it a few days and try again, or contact TurboTax.
I clicked on the link in the past with my fidelity account and it allowed me to do online for free. but my docs weren't ready yet. now i just get 20 off and fidelity shows not authorized. granted i did move money around recently but anyone know how to get the free again?

Did you click on the Fidelity $0 link when you had it? It should be stored in cookies for the TT site, unless you subsequently clicked through on the $20 off link.

Thanks for the response. Was able to get it to work. After clicking on the $0 promo to file through the Fidelity site, I then made another TurboTax account instead of selecting to use an existing TurboTax account. A prior year's promo offer ($20 off) tied to my old account was probably hanging things up. Thanks again for the help.

"install and use a copy of the Software on up to five (5) computers owned by you"
Even without reading it, common sense should tell you that's illegal.
Oh cookies. I clear it every week
