Did any of the 4K sets include digital copies? The individual Blu-ray seasons did, but I don't recall seeing 4K releases for each season.

The first editions of the Complete Series in 4K came with digital copies, but when Blu Ray sets get older, WB stops including the codes (like Rick and Morty, Harry Potter Complete Collection)

Not anymore. Even the ones that did only included the HDX digital
