No go for Tmobile ONE 9-12 lines
At 10 lines I think you have to become classified as a business, if I remember right.

On the same plan and not eligible

The deal that came out today was systematically randomized and made available for select customers, and I don't see that your account is eligible.

Targeted customers only.
Where would you see it on your account? I'll be checking my Mom's account so I can use all the help I can get!

So is this a free line promo then?

TM is getting creepier and creepier with the promo. The inconsistency is mind blowing.

If this is only for 12 months and one just signed up on the $25 internet, which requires all lines to remain active it may cause havoc. Considering one would have to pay full price for this line in 12 months and the cancellation would revoke the Home internet credit. Even though this line would be added after the internet activation, it could still be a mess later.

Is this promo really for just 12 months free? Huge deal breaker if so.
From the post: A minimum 12-month term is required for the new line (meaning the customer cannot cancel service/free line before 12 months post-activation or they will forfeit the promotion and the monthly credits will discontinue).

I have TMobile Essential Family plan with 9 lines and is not eligible for this. Rep told me I have two free lines from the past already. Been with TMobile since 2003.

Right.. but normal plans only allow max of 8 lines. What is it to get the 9+?

That sounds obvious that the credits would expire if you remove the free new line.

That seems still high with free lines + Insider discount. When did you sign up.
It is correct amount for his/her version of the insider code.
