Does this works if I am grandfathered from sprint ?

edit:

"the offer will require the customer be on a Magenta biller (not Sprint) and have 2 or more (paid) lines. For reference, "Magenta Biller"

No go for Tmobile ONE 9-12 lines (for me)

Still check with a few agents if you have time to spare. My exact plan might not be the reason why I'm not eligible.

UPDATE: T-Mobile App Chat said I was eligible and added a line for me. The BYOD promotion shows up on the Plan Details and Service Promos pages. Two other promotions of mine no longer show up but Tforce confirmed they are still active.

Seems most people who are told are not eligible, are able to add the line and see the promotion. We shall see if they stick.

Finally, I was able to add a line with 2022 BYOD Line P1 through app chat, promo applied confirmed on My Promotions - Service promos tab.

NO IMEI asked, they could ship me a sim card for free, but I had one with me, so activated it.

I'm on Magenta 1.0 with 2 paid lines w/ insider discount since 2020 and 5 free lines, now 6 free lines.

FRLTUL2LP, ONE plan 2 for $100 with a max of 3 lines not eligible. Wish I had gotten that third free line back then, ported over a few days too late to get the 3 lines for $100 a few years ago..
I feel your pain. Even though my bill is $64 for 3 lines, I still feel left out.
2LP never gets any love

Absolutely use Chat, and request a transcript after. I have 2 free lines. I asked in Chat if I can add a second, rep saud yes. For months they tried to get out if it, but I had it in writing. So been getting credit.

If you are on a plan that's already receiving a discount promotion then you are ineligible. That's what I was told by two different T-Mobile representatives

I have been needing another line to keep my company's BYOD profiles and control off of my personal phone. Any ideas about what the best/cheapest phone would be with reasonable features and battery life for this use case?
T-Mobile is offering a trade in: trade any phone, broken or not, for a Moto G 5G. Probably the cheapest/easiest way to get a new device.

before it was self service through your account but they changed now. You will have to contact them for this. They changed because of many hacked account and they were changing their numbers for bank account OTP and all other scams. So they change that for good.
T force came back with ineligible reply. Are you saying I need to call them. Also thanks for the information
