How many total lines do you have currently? i.e. would this added line take you over the 8 lines max for that plan SOC?

It's not "2022 Line On Us P1" but rather "2022 BYOD Line P1"

I started chat on T-Mobile and wrote "Live Agent" on chat. Then I copied and pasted "2022 BYOD Line P1" and asked if I was eligible. They said yes even though I am simple choice. Earlier in the morning they said no (before I had the code) and tried to upsell me on Magenta which I said no to. Now I got the free line. Thanks everyone.

Err.. that's what I gave them and that's what they responded with. I guess that explains why they say it is expired. Thanks.

If you are on the Magenta 1.0 plan and if eligible for the free line. It's $35 for the Sim. No taxes on that line? If anyone has the same plan, did you get the free line yet?

kickback is dead. a lot of of those old promos are just included in the plan tier now so you'd have to look at that (such as higher bit rate video used to be a promo and is now a magenta max thing).

port out and then back in.
Kickback is still possible if you currently have it on your plan. Unfortunately, you just have to find a willing rep who has to get approval from supervisor.

I lucked out when I added a 3rd paid line last week and successfully added kickback and one plus promo.

The rep was the one who offered to add before I brought it up.
