Does this works if I am grandfathered from sprint ?

edit:

"the offer will require the customer be on a Magenta biller (not Sprint) and have 2 or more (paid) lines. For reference, "Magenta Biller"

No go for Tmobile ONE 9-12 lines (for me)

Still check with a few agents if you have time to spare. My exact plan might not be the reason why I'm not eligible.

UPDATE: T-Mobile App Chat said I was eligible and added a line for me. The BYOD promotion shows up on the Plan Details and Service Promos pages. Two other promotions of mine no longer show up but Tforce confirmed they are still active.

Seems most people who are told are not eligible, are able to add the line and see the promotion. We shall see if they stick.

Are you a racist? what do you care what country the CS is from? There aren't bad CS people in the US?
because I have an experience talking to CS from different countries. Some are Ok, some are bad, some are horrible.

here's another one from T-mobile

The $40 2022 BYOD Line P1 already expired last December 14, 2022.

I don't know if this is true or not, and I'd never take their word for it. They touch your account, they screw it up. I told them to not convert my account to any other account, they promised they won't and then boom, I'm paying a lot more for "Magenta" crap I didn't want.

I just hate when poorly trained cheap labor wastes my time. US reps are way better than most if not all.

I used the T-Mobile app representative chat. Told them I wanted to see if my plan qualified for the 2022 BYOD Line P1 promotion for adding a line for free with credits. I was connected with Navdeep. Navdeep said my plan did not qualify for the promotion but they offered me the 20% off my complete bill for adding an additional line.
It depends on the CS
Try another one tomm through chat

T-Force ain't what it used to be. Last time I had to reach out to them it was a 3 1/2 hour ordeal for a simple question.
It's because everyone is turning to T-Force now because they're they only consistently competent ones.

Out of curiosity, does anyone who have 10SCFM4 been told they qualify? I know this plan hasn't been eligible for free lines in a long time. Currently have 4 lines + 2 tablets for approximately $130 after discount and taxes.

I've seen reports on Reddit of people doing it today. All their existing free lines/discounts have temporarily disappeared, but supposedly will reappear in a few days according to folks on there.

No response from T-Force on Twitter in over 5 hours
Try text messaging directly to 611 (T-Mobile customer service). I waited 2 hours and nothing from Facebook, and same with T-Mobile app. 611 was a lot faster for me.

I'm on Magenta Max with 2 paid lines and 3rd line free since 2020. 3 different agents said I was not eligible
Same, moved to Max recently and multiple T-Force agents said it's only for targeted audience but I'm not part of it.

My point was more that they aren't even typically remotely consistently competent over the last year or so.

When I switched to TMO they were great, now might as well ask on /r/tmobile.

Hm I'd be careful with that. From what I read through this forum and others is that removing a line may remove your free lines. I'd message with T-Mobile to confirm, using Messenger or via the T-Mobile app to ask, and also to have it in writing (or electronically) in case they go back on their word.
I have done this on 2 of my lines successfully.

You are currently on the best plan!

Based on your usage data, it looks like the plan you're on is best suited for your needs.

US staff are usually has more knowledgeable and better at follow ups, and I notice the chats are usually US based as well, some that work as late into the night. If you want to call via phone, I recommend calling US based customer service during US hours, like 8-6pm (EST, CST, PST) or wherever you are in the States.
