Does this works if I am grandfathered from sprint ?

edit:

"the offer will require the customer be on a Magenta biller (not Sprint) and have 2 or more (paid) lines. For reference, "Magenta Biller"

No go for Tmobile ONE 9-12 lines (for me)

Still check with a few agents if you have time to spare. My exact plan might not be the reason why I'm not eligible.

UPDATE: T-Mobile App Chat said I was eligible and added a line for me. The BYOD promotion shows up on the Plan Details and Service Promos pages. Two other promotions of mine no longer show up but Tforce confirmed they are still active.

Seems most people who are told are not eligible, are able to add the line and see the promotion. We shall see if they stick.

T-Force ain't what it used to be. Last time I had to reach out to them it was a 3 1/2 hour ordeal for a simple question.
Agreed, not been the same since John left.

I was denied, here's message that was received "As much as I would love get this promotion for you, your account is still not eligible. One our our requirements is that the account should not be getting any discount on our devices. May I know if I was able to explain it well please? ^MariaC"

I'm not sure what "discounts" I'm getting on their devices. I do have some phones upgrades/swaps, but really that's why they would deny. I'm awaiting a response for clarification but that's only thing I can think of.

Can this be used for data only iPad vs phone ?
These add lines can be converted to a data only line for tablets, but it will be a completely type of line with limited data, which will differ from your standard phone line. For simple choice, it will be 2gb data line, which is really not a lot. You can try keeping it on the standard phone line, but T-Mobile might not allow that device onto the plan because it detects it as a tablet.

I feel really bad for anyone that goes on to T-Mobile. I've been stuck for 10 years. I can't say service has improved with new phones or towers like they promised in the past 6 years.

Tmobile expert told me that in chat, took screenshots for proof. I did my self for BOGO lines before and it worked. Have never paid $35 fee.

I tried, but it said $25 payment charge each month. However, the sim card is free.
