Does this works if I am grandfathered from sprint ?

edit:

"the offer will require the customer be on a Magenta biller (not Sprint) and have 2 or more (paid) lines. For reference, "Magenta Biller"

No go for Tmobile ONE 9-12 lines (for me)

Still check with a few agents if you have time to spare. My exact plan might not be the reason why I'm not eligible.

UPDATE: T-Mobile App Chat said I was eligible and added a line for me. The BYOD promotion shows up on the Plan Details and Service Promos pages. Two other promotions of mine no longer show up but Tforce confirmed they are still active.

Seems most people who are told are not eligible, are able to add the line and see the promotion. We shall see if they stick.

T-Mobile Simple Choice customer for 9 years Called in to CS today, was told their computer system has no mention of this 2022 BYOD Line P1 promotion. They could only offer a B1G1 promotion. The rep said he had only had 1 other customer call about this promotion earlier today, but he hadn't heard anything about it and had to consult his coworkers as to how to even check. I will probably stop by a store to check if they can give me a different answer over the weekend. Good luck all!
Another T-mobile Rep told me same thing. Only B1G1 promotion, and that 2022 BYOD Line P1 was a scam because it's not listed on official T-mobile website.

I'm at just over 18 hours since I completed the order, no email or shipping confirmation, but my account does show a new line with a new number added with the "2022 BYOD Line P1" code next to the number in the "Service promos" section of billing.
Did you order it yourself or via chat/call? I did it myself, no new number/line or promo yet.

I self added an E-sim to my account 15 minutes ago and the 2022 BYOD Line P1 is already saying enrolled on my account. T-Mobile App chat yesterday and today said I was NOT eligible. I did not check any other means like T-Force or 611 for eligibility. I am on T-Mobile One FRLTULFM9. This will be my 11th line total and my 6th free line. I saw some comments on discord on just blindly giving it a go. Good luck! Take screenshots once it appears.

what happen if we don't see the promo? Are there penalty if we cancel right away? Also I would need a physical sim, would I be able to convert an e-sim to a physical one?

Sorry for all the questions. Thanks!

I have 8 lines with ONE PLUS PROM. Rep via chat confirmed that I am eligible for the promo, however he later confirmed that I had to change plan to add any new lines , as the system doesn't allow any new lines. How do I check the soc for my plan? Any thoughts?

You can choose physical sim when you order it. You will just have to wait for sim to ship/activate on your account for the promo to appear. I read you can cancel within 14 days,. You have to be careful about prior free lines or promos within the last year being canceled and then you are excluded from any new promos if you cancel for 90 days (unless you add that line back). So need to take that into consideration. You can change sims. Used to be able to do it online but says they are updating for security measures to stop sim swaps from happening.

But when you add the line do you see the page shows:Here is the cost to add a new line to your Magenta® MAX plan.
You'll see the following charges in your cart.
DUE MONTHLY

I clicked to proceed, the last page before check out doesn't show the promo. Is it the same thing happened to you? You didn't see the promo at the entire process for adding the line, right? The only discount I can see is auto pay $5. Is it the same happened to you?
