Does this works if I am grandfathered from sprint ?

edit:

"the offer will require the customer be on a Magenta biller (not Sprint) and have 2 or more (paid) lines. For reference, "Magenta Biller"

No go for Tmobile ONE 9-12 lines (for me)

Still check with a few agents if you have time to spare. My exact plan might not be the reason why I'm not eligible.

UPDATE: T-Mobile App Chat said I was eligible and added a line for me. The BYOD promotion shows up on the Plan Details and Service Promos pages. Two other promotions of mine no longer show up but Tforce confirmed they are still active.

Seems most people who are told are not eligible, are able to add the line and see the promotion. We shall see if they stick.

9 lines? Do you use all of them? If you have 9, why do you need 1 more?

It says ends Dec 19. Is that 12/19 at 11:59PM or beginning of 12/19 (no longer a weekend)?
Thanks.

I have simple choice 10gb north America. Asked in chat. Took over an hour but got it through. The whole T-Mobile system, after all these years, is still an absolute piece of $h1t. Whether it's the website or the app, it feels slower than 56k. Half of most things don't load. I was trying to look at phones to use the line with but everything is just a loading screen. Even tried finding the order status but gave up because nothing loads. The damn chat will LITERALLY freeze up for five seconds and lose it's position every time you switch away from the app. The rep sent me several broken links to a payment portal and ultimately had to get a manager to call me directly to take down my credit card. Even the links they send you for order status goes to a generic faq about buying phones. On top of that, multiple poop ups asking for feedback and several forced logouts because the app is too stupid to realize that I was just using it five minutes ago. That T-Mobile hack last year wasn't a fluke. It's so old and dysfunctional it will collapse at any moment.

Just tried iMessage chat again and rep said he added it and also left a note on the account. Hasn't shown up yet so probably wasn't added as it normally shows up immediately. But now I have confirmation and another rep can add it when I will follow up again after 24 hours.

Do you know if it is somehow possible to swap the numbers between the free and paid lines. I am asking because I have a free line from many years back which is not used much and it has kickback on it but it doesnt get the kickback discount as it is already free.
Whereas the paid line also has kickback and can get that discount but it is heavily used, so doesnt stay below 2GB

thanks
Esim the free line onto your phone if you can and use the free line for data. This is what I have done to keep the main lines under 2GB and get the kickback discount.

I have done this before on at least two of the free lines and it worked. Did not like the area code and numbers and picked some better ones from Google voice and ported them "into" the existing free lines.
The line number transfer are different agents and more capable. I would not rely on the usual chat agent for this.
Thanks for the reply. I will try to port out 2 paid numbers then port it back in to the free lines. Hopefully, it will work without any problem.

Thanks. I added my line and BYOD free line shows up.

However, two other promotions of mine fell off. One agent said it fell off because the new free line replaced the previous promotions and they mentioned other agents saying my account wasn't eligible.

Tforce said they still see the dropped off promotions on my account.

I think the Plan Details page will continue to update and possibly fix itself in the end.
Let us know how it goes.

You cannot cancel or port out any other lines (on your account) for 12 months after you had gotten the free line.

Can any confirm if they have gotten this free line with SOC USCFM4? I've never been able to get a free line with this plan.
I have that same SOC, USCFM4 and went to the store and was shown that my account didn't have the memo. I haven't tried ordering online with esim.

I noticed one of mine doesn't show up under the promotions page (it might never have, didn't check before). But when I go to Account and click on my ONE plan details, all of my promos including the new one are still showing up for me. Their system might just need a couple days to catch up for you

Same for me. The two promotions that disappeared for me never showed up on the promotions page. They used to show up on the ONE plan details page, but have since disappeared.

Hope they reappear on their own.
