Does this works if I am grandfathered from sprint ?

edit:

"the offer will require the customer be on a Magenta biller (not Sprint) and have 2 or more (paid) lines. For reference, "Magenta Biller"

No go for Tmobile ONE 9-12 lines (for me)

Still check with a few agents if you have time to spare. My exact plan might not be the reason why I'm not eligible.

UPDATE: T-Mobile App Chat said I was eligible and added a line for me. The BYOD promotion shows up on the Plan Details and Service Promos pages. Two other promotions of mine no longer show up but Tforce confirmed they are still active.

Seems most people who are told are not eligible, are able to add the line and see the promotion. We shall see if they stick.

I noticed one of mine doesn't show up under the promotions page (it might never have, didn't check before). But when I go to Account and click on my ONE plan details, all of my promos including the new one are still showing up for me. Their system might just need a couple days to catch up for you

Thanks. I added my line and BYOD free line shows up.

However, two other promotions of mine fell off. One agent said it fell off because the new free line replaced the previous promotions and they mentioned other agents saying my account wasn't eligible.

Tforce said they still see the dropped off promotions on my account.

I think the Plan Details page will continue to update and possibly fix itself in the end.
Just to keep track on this... I also have had all my current service promotions drop off, and I believe it's a system problem since it shows both current and historical (previous?) service promotions as blank.

I will say that I was pretty pleased that the rep added the correct 10gb $0 data plan on my Simple Choice plan, and not some other one. It would be nice if it gets upgraded to "unlimited data" but I'll cross that bridge after my service promotions come back and I get a SIM in the mail. I ordered via chat before it was an option to order online.

As per the WIKI, Promotion ends December 19th. I am going to call shortly and find out.
I was on text message with rep yesterday and was told she would call me back on Tuesday. I can here the phone call now. "I am sorry but the promo has expired"

I also lost several service promos. 2 different reps at T-mobile confirmed that they still see the promos in their system and these will be reflected on my next bill. If not, it will be on the following bill but then with a "double credit." Let's see…

Just tried iMessage chat again and rep said he added it and also left a note on the account. Hasn't shown up yet so probably wasn't added as it normally shows up immediately. But now I have confirmation and another rep can add it when I will follow up again after 24 hours.
Good luck, it showed up relatively quick for me. I was able to get the $35 credit through iMessage afterwards too.

Chatted in T-Mobile app, was told not eligible. My plan is Simple Choice, 9 lines.

Update: T-force through Twitter confirmed I am eligible, he asked me just go ahead add the line and The promotional info can take up to 72 hours to reflect on your MyTmobile account

I was told 3 times that my Simple Choice plan was not qualified (611 Text, 611 Call, Twitter) so I went and opened the line myself Sat 12/17 on T-Mobile.com.

Pleased to announce on Mon 12/19 I am now seeing 2022 BYOD Line P1 Enrolled in the website.

I suspect that is a reminder for the system to change your account to not incur penalties for cancelling a line after 1 year.

I called TMo customer care. But can't tell if the lady pulled up the correct promotion. I will have to check with another person. She was reading some numbers instead of promo ID 2022 BYOD Line P1

How do I point the customer care to the correct promo?

Do you know your SOC for your plan? I'm on simple choice too and wanted to check if you are on the same Simple Choice as mine.
