Does this works if I am grandfathered from sprint ?

edit:

"the offer will require the customer be on a Magenta biller (not Sprint) and have 2 or more (paid) lines. For reference, "Magenta Biller"

No go for Tmobile ONE 9-12 lines (for me)

Still check with a few agents if you have time to spare. My exact plan might not be the reason why I'm not eligible.

UPDATE: T-Mobile App Chat said I was eligible and added a line for me. The BYOD promotion shows up on the Plan Details and Service Promos pages. Two other promotions of mine no longer show up but Tforce confirmed they are still active.

Seems most people who are told are not eligible, are able to add the line and see the promotion. We shall see if they stick.

Interesting. Maybe I should add a line and try anyways. I'm out a few bucks if so. Tonight is the last day of the promotion, right?
That is what Wiki says.

I also did it via phone call yesterday. I was told that a DocuSign email was going to be sent to me also. I'm still waiting....
Hmm.. I added the line with a rep on 611 text chat, but he never mentioned any docusign.. I do see the order in my order status, still waiting to be shipped

I asked if I was eligible for 2022 BYOD Line P1 or #HolidayUnwrapped promo. He knew what it was and said he did not see it in my memo section.

For those who signed up via phone call, did you receive a DocuSign email for you to sign electronically?
I didn't get the DocuSign. The lady on the phone just read me stuff that I had to agree to and that was it. I assume it was a recorded call. It did take a few days to get my new SIM via UPS but it got here today (12/19/2022). I called on the night of 12/15/2022.

Called 611 , got a nice courteous lady who said I am eligible and added eSim. Magenta max 55+. Asked for $35 connection charge. Paid it and she gave credit for it in bill. eSim is activated. She said promotion may take 24 hours to show up.

I just did an online activation with an eSIM card and decided to do it even though I was told that I did not qualify for the promotion. I went to the T-Mobile store and they said no I called the 611 number they said no I chatted with T-force on Twitter and they said no but then I saw all these comments saying that they did it anyway and it worked and I decided to do it it didn't show up at first it took about 10 minutes and then it showed up I got the promotion for the bring your own device =)

Chat is telling me I am eligible for a free phone promo on this free line promo, and that it is not just a BYOD promo. I don't know if I should believe him Frown

Within like 15 min, I got a text and then in like an hour the promo showed up on my account summary.

I paid the $35 to guarantee that I got the promo. Worth it imo rather than gambling and doing to yourself.

Also I just added the line as esim on my current phone. I'll figure out how to actually make use of it later.

Magenta First Responder plan is a no go, same as Magenta Military. Tried to get some traction with being on TMO for +22 years...nope.
