Does this works if I am grandfathered from sprint ?

edit:

"the offer will require the customer be on a Magenta biller (not Sprint) and have 2 or more (paid) lines. For reference, "Magenta Biller"

No go for Tmobile ONE 9-12 lines (for me)

Still check with a few agents if you have time to spare. My exact plan might not be the reason why I'm not eligible.

UPDATE: T-Mobile App Chat said I was eligible and added a line for me. The BYOD promotion shows up on the Plan Details and Service Promos pages. Two other promotions of mine no longer show up but Tforce confirmed they are still active.

Seems most people who are told are not eligible, are able to add the line and see the promotion. We shall see if they stick.

I added a line on eSim to my Business ONE plus promo plan. No text or promo showing up. Currently have 5 paid/5 free lines, let's see what happens in the next couple days.

EDIT: Promo showed up few minutes later. No text message though. Fingers crossed!
Got the promo text message 11 hours after adding the line through eSim.

Online order finally went thru last night for a line on Simple Choice NA 6GB plan. We shall see what happens as I don't have any texts or no new line showing up yet. I have a spare sim card, so no need to wait for them to send me one, but I have no idea what to do with it as there is no mention of activate online. What is the way of activating that sim right now and get a phone number to see if this sticks.

Also, I have 2 lines on simple choice plus 2 free lines plus one extra paid line. If I get this extra line it would be like 3 paid 3 free lines. If I switch to magenta max later, would the free lines stay free?

By the way, I could not get esim as stupid tmo did not recognize my Galaxy S22 Ultra bought from Samsung directly.

You need to contact T-Mobile to activate the SIM, you can't do it yourself.

Free lines should transfer over. Confirm with T-FORCE before moving plans.

Update on my situation: Went through without a hitch. I ordered the SIM after the CSR was unable to order for me, so no $35 charge, and credit going forward is already showing up in my account.

Can you tell us why you think they are thieves. I can say the same for ATT and Verizon if i wanted to but without something of context, the statement is meaningless.

I just called 611 today (around 10am on 12/20/2022) and asked the lady to check if I was eligible for the promotion (I have 4 lines with Magenta plan). She said yes. I did pay the $35 for the sim to be mailed. I did not have a spare phone to assign an eSim to. Just wanted to post this so folks know that the promotion did not end on 12/19

fyi...most newer phones will allow you to add 2nd line to esim(if your first line is with a physical sim)

That is what I did since I did not have a spare phone
Later on we can move the number from esim to physical sim or another phones esim

Changed to magenta max and ordered my SIM yesterday. Still no changes of any sort online (still shows old plan). Maybe it updates once shipped?

Well ordered a new line but did not get a new phone number. I do not see the new line on the account yet.

I don't think you can order a new line without giving them the SIM number (if you have one) or them mailing you a new one.

I tried ordering online myself but I kept running into a "identity verification" step that I could not get past. So a T-Force rep on Twitter was able to add it for me and even waived the $35 connection fee.

I don't see the new line on my account yet but I already got a text message for the promotional discount. They're sending me a SIM and didn't ask for an EID or IMEI.
