This looks suspect at best.. all reviews on amazon were given the product for free, and competing products are significantly more..

Nearly all of those Amazon reviews are "Vine Voice" .. which I believe means those customers were given the item for free, in exchange for a review. It doesn't mean the reviews aren't authentic, but should invite a greater level of scrutiny.

Are we reading that to mean multiple video outputs? I would assume it does since it has 2 HDMI ports. Pretty rare for this price point

Two hdmi ports and pd pass thru. Even if it runs at 60hz or less a monitor it looks like a good deal for $20.

It's so hard to find a dock with 4K @ 60hz for a fair price. Much less one with 10Mbps data transfer at the USB ports.
