A place to store a few things.
It is extremely thin metal, the cheapest wheels and wobbly.
The bonus is if you get it delivered, I can just about guarantee you that it will be bent or twisted or banged up .
It will be ok to keep a few things, but if you are going to use it alot ,you are probably going to get aggravated with it.

The cabinets are cheap, but work fine. Id be worried about these as they require more stuff to align properly for everything to function.
Great value if you want to save space. If you're looking for mid to high end tool chest or if you'll be rough with how you'll use - then I'd look elsewhere. These are great for organizing and storing extra tools in the garage.
Just like others have stated, have the right expectations for this chest and it might be useful for some.
