    I have scalp psoriasis, which also appears in my eyebrows, and this helps with that.

    I have found the best is to use multiple products. In the winter I use this once a week. Nizoral once or twice a week. And rest of days head and shoulders. I know you definitely don't want to use the Tgel all the time as it builds up in your ears and can cause problems. I read its not health to use more than twice a week.
