After you've completed the required days, the promos will be moved from the In Progress column to the Earned column. That's when it's safe for you to cancel your Fi service. In your Fi account, click on Account-->Your Plan. Scroll down until you see Leave Fi, click on it. It will give you options on what to do (cancel, pause, port out etc). Since the 1st bill usually started 2 days after your service was activated, the 61st day should be 2 or more days before the 3rd billing period starts. Cancel promptly on the 61st day and you won't be charged the 3rd bill.

you don't have to since even iphone 8 or SE 2nd gen @$150 will suffice ($600-200-250-150). If you want Pro then iphone 11 is enough since it fetches $330 as trade in ($900-300-250-330).

In fact, existing Google Fi customers who intend to continue with Fi can make the best use of this promo because they can actually make use of any bill credits generated by the trade-in, plus the requirement to stay with Fi for 60 days is inconsequential in their case.

I think they do but give less credit. Still has to be reset and turn on I think, there is an estimate when you click trade in. Be sure to take pictures if you go for it because of the horror stories of trade in rejections...

Either replace the battery and keep using until it gets too slow but as far as trade in I think you missed your window last year or year before so now the lowest they still value in some deals are either 7 or 8 as lowest tier that makes sense trading in. Sometimes there are promos for ANY kind of old phone but those are usually NOT for high end or flagships devices anyways.

I don't see any number barn numbers for less than five dollars, what about using a ting Sim card those are a buck at like target and Best Buy and come with $30 of service credit

YMMV: Metro offering iphone 11 for 50 + activation and first month of service. All in with taxes for around 155 when you port in your number which can get you a pixel 7 pro for 70.
The issue is availability as it can only be bought in stores and it's very popular at the moment. Maybe check multiple metro stores.

Picked up IP11 from Metro for $126 out the door. They waived activation but added insurance which I was okay with. Going to do the Fi deal now. I'm hoping I'd have to pay just 2 months of service. Fingers crossed.

Thanks, when I go to my cart with Pixel 7 pro it says 899-550. And then my iPhone 8 trade shows 149, but something is missing as that still leaves me at $350 due now and $150 to be refunded to me after my trade-in is completed, but that leaves me at 200 total instead of $50 for the pixel 7 Pro...
