After you've completed the required days, the promos will be moved from the In Progress column to the Earned column. That's when it's safe for you to cancel your Fi service. In your Fi account, click on Account-->Your Plan. Scroll down until you see Leave Fi, click on it. It will give you options on what to do (cancel, pause, port out etc). Since the 1st bill usually started 2 days after your service was activated, the 61st day should be 2 or more days before the 3rd billing period starts. Cancel promptly on the 61st day and you won't be charged the 3rd bill.

you don't have to since even iphone 8 or SE 2nd gen @$150 will suffice ($600-200-250-150). If you want Pro then iphone 11 is enough since it fetches $330 as trade in ($900-300-250-330).

For those who took part in the Pixel 7 trade-in at Best Buy and will be a new customer for Fi, you can get your 1st month free. Best Buy and Fi has a promo until 12/30 where they will provide free service until the end of the year.

I just signed up with my 7 Pro gotten from the Best Buy trade-in and able to get a free month along with referral. Immediately after activation, was able to purchase a 7 Pro with code and iPhone 11 trade. This removes the need for a port-in number.

Trade-in kit arrived today via USPS (shipped Dec 22). However my activation via eSIM problem is still not resolved. I highly doubt the system "just needs to catch up" since some eSIM activation done after me appears to record correctly (my activation and number transfer is done on Dec 23).

I have an "escalated" support issue done by the CSR from Dec 26th. However, after 2 full days nothing has changed. Support still says "In Progress" and no checkmark/countdown. I wouldn't recommend anyone from taking advantage of this "deal" unless you have a physical SIM.

Damn, mine look different. I only see $300 of promo for pixel7, no other promo attached. Eventhough I have already trasnfered and activated the number, I still days to activate a line and transfer the number uncheked.

Since I was a new Fi customer, I created a new Fi account selecting Unlimited Plus plan. After Fi account created, I downloaded the Google Fi app on my Pixel 7 Pro I got from Best Buy. Login with the new account created earlier on the Google Fi and activated eSIM on the Pixel 7 Pro. Once activated, there will be a Best Buy Pixel Promo listed the Fi Savings section.

I activated via eSIM and my checkmarks and days remaining counters are properly showing for both the $200 and $250 promos.

Can anyone confirm if my checkmarks / days remaining counters will reset if I put in a physical SIM card from another carrier while still maintaining the active Google Fi eSIM? I just want to use a physical SIM card for data, fine with using the Google Fi eSIM for calls and texts.

Great deal. Too bad I forgot about this. I created a new Fi account and ported a number. Will end up paying for 2+ months. Where as in this deal it would have been free.

You essentially saved 2 months of Fi + Taxes + Cost of porting number ~$50-$60. Well done!
