I'd say yes, it "can" play it but you will have your ferried handed to you in multiplayer, the frames per second make a huge difference and you will be doing around 30 on low settings with that card. It is about the equivalent of a 1050, but not the ti version of it, so it will play a lot of things, even some of the older titles it will play very well, but current AAA titles, nope.

That's not true. I play it with no issues and the content look clear to me.

I did a search for epp log in; then clicked that page and said I already had account. I then entered the username and password for that account and then it asked for company code. It said successful but I am not seeing any discounts yet.

Be careful ordering from hp. They charge a 10 percent and sometimes even a 15 percent restocking fee no matter what the circumstance. Will not bend no matter what. Dealing with a large laptop purchase at the moment and trying to return unopened and warehouse is in the same state. Actually purchased a better hp laptop from Best Buy-the irony. If I didn't have Best Buy total care I'd return it as well as I don't have to deal with hp. I worked for Dell for years and never treated any of my customers this way. So be careful with larger purchases from hp. Should really be a flat fee or make us pay to ship back.
