Thanks OP. worked for me. Turned out I had a $10 reward for I have no idea what reason, so I got a $35 xbox gift card for 'free' today!

how in the world did you use it? I see my claimed reward on the alienware arena account but I don't see how to apply it on Dell.com

It should show under your account as Dell Rewards and can use it at Dell.Com. I purchased the Xbox GC with 10% coupon code GAME10.

i had an existing dell account, and apparently they are just supposed to "show" up since the email of your alianware account needs to be the same as dell. but it didnt show up for me...yet.

I signed up on dell first and then on Alienware with same email. Still it's not showing up 25$ under dell rewards of Alienware account. Am I missing something?
