Not necessarily true. Mine stays on once computer is powered to the USB hub. That's when I know the computer is on or when the keyboard is connected. Does the same w my work laptop with no Logitech software installed at all

Difference Between ISO and ANSI. [switchandclick.com]

Lower in the listing page they show an ANSI layout, so I'm not sure what you will actually get.

The enter and backspace keys on the keyboard look weird (maybe a europe version?). This might be a non-US version of the keyboard. There are standard layouts of the G213 so if you want the G213 in a normal layout, its out there.

Not a gamer. Do these programmable keys can program anything? I want to use them for stock trading. Like buy market order button. Sell market order button. Is that possible?

depends, is there a key combination that a normal keyboard can do to trigger those functions? Usually macros are just a combination of key presses, they're just there to make things easier, not really to perform functions you couldn't normally with your kb, although I'm sure some hardware/software have certain integrations available with select software.
