I've tried for about 8 years, off and on, to get a target redcard debit or credit that would actually work. It's never happened. I've called, emailed, tried everything. I get approved, get the card, it never works.
For the first time in 8 years I finally think I'm going to get my 5% off. I got the reloadable, put money in it, but I can't add it to my account.
I truly believe some people are shadow blacklisted from target.
How long do you need to wait off after closing the first one
That's it that's all on these coupons pretty much. Still useful however for such types of essential items in my humble opinion
