Philips Online Store refund issue

Purchased an espresso machine from Phillips, but returned it (unopened) using the Fedex return label from Philips.
It's been 2 weeks since Philips received my return, but no refunds so far. Their customer service is horrendous and clueless and making their own rules of when refund is issued. Tried reaching out to them on FB and Twitter, but no luck so far.
Philips my account return status has a weird error "RMA Created but something went wrong". I have very low confidence that Philips will refund me. I feel robbed by Philips.
Is a chargeback my only option to get my money back? Used BOFA Visa credit. Anyone had similar issue with Philips? Any other way get them to pay me back?

Return Email from Philips with Fedex shipping label.
Receipt from FedEx that shows package was dropped off at FedEx.
Fedex tracking that shows item was delivered to Philips and signed for by their warehouse employee.
I provided all of these to Philips customer service, but getting standard reply to wait 2 more weeks. Philips hasn't necessarily said they've not received the item back. Just telling me to wait longer.
Do you think this is good enough for CC to chargeback ?

hopefully they do right by you but it's good you purchased on a credit card so you do have a last resort option. good luck!
