This is a pretty good price for the amount of ram and ssd. as well as 4c/8thread performance. It also has two TB ports.

Sad that it has no ram slots. If you want two ram slots for your 2in1, check out the 5300 or 5310 on ebay for not much more or even same price for the 5300 2in1.

Are these by chance supposed to have nvme ssd drives? I am going to have to email about a battery replacement and was going to ask about a ssd replacement as well. I got a Sandisk x600 which doesn't look nvme.

none of my three 7390 laptops came with nvme. They all came with X600. one came with a bad m2 sata that dell refurbed agreed to send a replacement: another bad sata drive from the same brand. After that i told dell to just refund me $20 and they agreed to that.

Never bought dell furbished but have from Lenovo outlet. What kind of battery level Dell guarantees with dell refurbished.? TIA

Good question. I didn't think about battery condition. Since you have experience with Lenovo Outlet, what's their battery condition policy?

It has been a while but batteries were not an issue. Once of them developed touchback issue which was repaired at their cost. Oultlet prices have gone up quite a bit compared to what they used to be. Now have I have two new laptops, one HP and one Lenovo. Their screens stopped working so being used as desktop.

I was at the right time at the right place. Dell has posted 7329 2 in 1. I wanted the 16B Ram and even though they showed 30+, they were gone fast. So ended up with 8GB/512GB. 256 is too small from me.

Got the laptop yesterday as Fedex playing games. It was in pristine condition for a Grade B. Updated to Windows 11 and all other updates, BIOS and driver (10). In the evening, I wanted to listen to the sound. Press the volume button and it fell inside the laptop. Very disappointed that I spent 4 hours updating and now the laptop wont start. The laptop has no scratches, 85 hours of run and 15 TB of data processed. AT 85%, 8.5 hours of battery. Was so happy until the disaster happened.

Called Dell Refurbished this morning, they are willing to send another unit as soon as FedEx gets this current unit. Great News.

Also, I was told that if the battery at full charge is less than 50%, they will send a new one. Hope it helps someone.

Did the fingerprint reader work for you? I couldn't even get it to register until I upgraded to windows 11, and even than most scans would complain the reader is dirty and took several passes to either unlock or train the finger. Very flaky compared to my other dell fingerprint scanner machine (5760 precision).

I tried two fingers and both were accepted. But using finger scan was not were accurate. It would work whenever it wanted but other times not. I used pin code, since it is lighted keyboard; It keeps saying clean so I used alcohol paper but was not much of a help. My be the driver needs to be updated. I updated Bios and all recommended drivers.Not a deal breaker.
