I have one that looks just like this from Sam's, don't think it was the same brand/model name (and I don't think mine has the usb/power outlet). Delivery was fine, trying to get it returned by pickup was a shitshow of them telling me someone was coming, and they never came. So I kept it. I had wanted to return it because it was horribly uncomfortable (full disclosure: I have back and knee problems, maybe the comfort level would've been better for others, but I need good support of back and legs).

BUT after I added a thick feather duvet to the seat, a pillow to the back and a large cushion to the footrest so that my feet were supported a little longer length than the footrest itself, it actually has become pretty comfy. The footrest is still on the short side, but I enjoy using the chair for a couple hours a night.

Curious why you'd recommend that with faux leather? My experience has always been tearing, flaking, and overall shortened lifespan with anything like that.

I bought these last sale. I love them. They're comfy. Need a pillow though for a head rest. I'm 5'9, taller might find them a little short. One thing to keep in mind is how far back they recline. I bought 5 but had to return two because of how far the chair expands in the full recline position. Delivery was from FedEx, dropped in front of garage. You need to attach the back to the chair, which was simple. Overall, I recommend.

This looks badass but I would want to see it in person. Has anyone had furniture delivered by Sam's? I wonder if it's trustworthy

From reviews it sounds good if you are under 6 foot and you get one that isnt off center.

The cheapest theater type chair I would recommend is the owners box or something by ashley

Bad product
Chair too narrow, backrest has no neck support, back of chair doesn't stand in upright position, and plug to electric is not secure.

I could Google "Theater Seating" and prove that statement wrong with just about every result. 4seating is a good source if you're looking for theater-style with real leather options.
You think it's real non mixed leather because you google it and thay say so. I can tell you have never worked in textiles.

If you are alluding to a past or present career of your own in textiles, but still recommending faux leather, that's even more concerning.
I didn't say all results were top grain, from the same animal, etc. But there are MANY better choices around the same price point of the fake leather chair you referenced and for a lot less than the $3k you were mentioning was required to get real leather. I'm sorry you felt compelled to down vote the truth if it hurt your feelings.

What truth is that? I haven't seen any yet.
