What am I missing? this should be a smoking hot deal. This is the current version of the 6 series, $949 at Best Buy. Last years version is still $700 at Best Buy and Black Friday last years version was $600. Even with shipping this deal is insanely good. Sell the sound bar and get probably at least $80 or something back. But is this website legit?

Just talk to the agent you're interested in the tv model... they will give you a quote for the TV.

The site was only showing the 65" with soundbar but called in and he was able to do just the TV with free shipping for $355. Such an amazing deal. Thanks OP!

That was Kansas City area btw.

My chat agent told me its eligible, but I had to go into store to order it (which was odd). So I just came back from the store and was told to pound sand and call in to order it. Now I just got off the phone and still no luck. Looks like it's not happening, even though I have a screen capture of the chat agent confirming eligibility 😞

Can you not just send a picture of your cart to the agent? Try using Kansas City area code if your location is out. The combo is still in stock there. Buy both if Best Buy will match then return the soundbar later. Just an idea.

Did you get confirmation e-mail of the refund? Sometimes they'll do this method where you buy full price and then wait for a price match and then they will cancel the price match for reasons and then you're stuck

Edit: also congrats if you got them to PM. I've tried and failed so many times.
