But depending on your area and how many people are using Verizon towers you might have the exact opposite experience...

They did the same thing to me as well even my email shows me to be charged $15 in my email but charges me $30 in my second email. Waiting for customers service chat now
Did a swap with their ZTE blade phone last year. Data was very slow (about 1 to 2 Mbps) to begin with. APN was all good. I had to contact visible support to get the network reset. Although speeds improved after a reset, it'll soon go down again within the same day. Turning off the data within the phone and turning it back on also seem to get the speed to improve for a short time. Problem was never fixed, so I moved on to a different service. Btw, I'm not in a network congested area.
I hope this was just me having such issue.
i am planning on cancelling my current plan open a new account on new email but only have a few days b4 my month ends
How well a service will work for an individual will very widely based on all sorts of factors, proximity to towers, type of house you live in.... If I use a prepaid T-Mobile or AT&t card I basically get no service in my house without Wi-Fi calling. If I use the Verizon based prepaid I get pretty weak service but it works. It's not a big deal for me because I'm on Wi-Fi most of the time anyways, but something like mint mobile does not work unless I'm a good 100 ft away from my house.
But straight talk with Verizon will work in my house intermittently.
But that's just my house, and there are so many variables. It would be silly to assume that just because my sample size of one leads to one conclusion, that it would apply to anyone else. Unless they literally live on the same street as me.
And even then it wouldn't be a perfect apples to apples comparison.
I personally have never used Visible but from the number of complaints here and on other forums it is not worth it for me to be cheap and have a phone service that only works part of the time. Or to spend hours to try to work with useless customer service.
For you to say "I would not read any single person's comments about the reception being bad or good for that matter and assume it'll be true for you" is the dumbest thing I have ever heard. When you have numerous people who have had issues it doesn't mean for sure you will have an issue but it means there is a good chance. So other people's comments are definitely useful. If it was one or two people, sure, they could be a few disgruntled or a troll. But from the sheer number of people who are writing here and have had issues that is clearly not the case.
While US Mobile may not be the cheapest, the one thing I can say is that they have one of the lowest amount of complaints for a Verizon MVNO and their customer service is decent.

Good point - most of their deals require port from "specific" carriers on their approved list - (ie Google Voice will likely not work)
They should post it in the terms, but I dont see it
I think I am unsubscribing since I am not going to this deal and it is going to get lots of replies
Remember folks , no posting of ref codes =)
I'm currently using TMobile $25 prepaid but Visible's unlimited hotspot makes it worth moving to Verizon. I've read a lot of nightmare stories involving people unable to receive calls for a few days or weeks. I just want a smooth experience. I am in a major US city area.
