I have tried everything said in this thread and none of it worked. I was prescribed trazodone and that seems to be working so far.

My wife has used this throughout her pregnancy to regulate her bowel movements. She ramped up from 1/2 teaspoon to the suggested amount over the course of a few days. You do understand OTC means Over The Counter, right? That refers to non-prescription medication and this being sold by amazon to the general public certainly applies. It's literally OTC magnesium that's on sale.

Container total is 453g. Nutritional Facts state each serving is 4g. That makes it 113 servings per container.

HOWEVER, preparation instructions state to start slow... Each serving ranges from 1g to 4g, depending on its effects on you. So the total servings could be 453 to 113, somewhere in between.

Also, a 4g serving provides 325mg of magnesium, which means at 1g per serving you'd get 81mg of magnesium.
