No I agree that single should be included. Clarity is always preferred, especially on something where you'll likely need a pair. The cancer is people like you, who feel like they know the standard, and expect people to know the same.

i think the difference between the one posted by op and yours are the weigh size. the weight size of the adjustable in your link never change (the frame just attaches the plates, so one plate will still include the whole max weigh of the dumbbell frame.

I have the Prctz-they have been fine. I have had them for three years. I had some moments were plates would stick in the holder or something. Nothing horrible. I had a deal where I turned the handle to adjust weight and one side of the dumbell was heavier than the other. Just turned it over and pushed in these two tabs that released the weights and I was then able to reload. I would purchase again. I'm in the hunt for something heavier these days.

I have them for 2.5 yrs, paid for the full price. Decent sets unless you are that 5% who feels 50lb each is too light for you.
