Powerowl makes a popular one
A lot of people, myself included, use the rayovac, energizer, or Duracell charger that came with rechargeable batteries they previously bought. As long as the charger is compatible with nimh, you are good to go.
There are really high end one with charging indicators, fault detectors, repair, but I have no experience with those devices or features. I try to get the battery as cheap as I can that it makes up for it in a few charges vs disposable batteries. I think, at 0.40-0.60 per battery, even a couple charges offsets the cost of regular Duracell alkalines.

The problem with Amazon basics is they are generally made by random vendors. So the batteries being sold under this listing today may be (and almost certainly is) made by a totally different company than made them a year ago.
Same for literally all the Amazon basics stuff.
I was looking for a Lacrosse brand charger a few months back and didn't find any. There are some random companies selling chargers on Amazon now and couldn't find any that I was interested in, especially with functions of Lacrosse. I ended up buying nothing.
