Went to Lowe's where there was 3 left. None there when I arrived, but 200+ available at warehouse. So the Lowe's employee in appliance section ordered it in store with free delivery. It showed the low price in their system. Also picked up 5 year service contract as Samsung does have questionable compressors. That was another $150.

dual ice makers?!? I've never had a fridge where the ice maker didn't have to be repaired/replaced at least twice. Seems like asking for trouble...

How is $900+ after tax for a fridge that will last no more than 3 years a deal?
Extended warranty seems to be the remedy..

Wait until used..then found out it's 2 weeks out for parts...

Piping that cold air from bottom freezer up to the refrigerator door is a dumb design...

Anyone has experience with the European brand they sell at IKEA with 3 doors and an ice maker?
A good ice maker is a must for me and from my current large LG and this Samsung I understand there is a good reason they sell these cheap!
Are the IKEA ones any better than these Korean counterparts?
I believe the name is:
STJÄRNSTATUS
and I see 22 cu ft for 1.3K new, under 1k in the return section.

Have one similar to this model and it sucks. Icebox always freezes up and I have to crack off the ice frequently. Unless they have addressed these issues- AVOID.

I just turn them off, ice maker seems to be a common cause of issue, even for other manufacturer

Why so low? Assuming because it's Samsung or recall?

I order 4 door Bespoke last week with 3 year warranty $79. They said include one free replacements
You should have brought the 5 year warranty you can still cancel the old one and buy the 5 year. Those fridges tend to have problems after that period.I use to work for Best Buy

You guys are making me worried, I bought a Samsung four door French refrigerator a few months ago, is there any good place to add a warranty to it? Thanks
I used squaretrade.com in the past, I think they have been bought by Allstate.

I bought my samsung fridge 10 years ago, I knew they were junk but the price was too good to say no.

10 years later, with a family of 5 and it getting very heavy use. Kids literally climbing on the glass shelves.

Not one single problem?

Having bought lots of samsung stuff for my apartments as well….I'm not sure if they are deserving of their horrible reputation. They seem to be very similar to the other major mid range brands as far as reliability.
